The CANDLE Team
Our coalition is dedicated to reducing alcohol and cannabis (marijuana) misuse within Cortland’s disability community. CANDLE is a program of Access To Independence of Cortland County, Inc. and receives technical assistance & data support from The Rural Health Institute of New York.
Our Mission for Cortland County
Reduce underage cannabis use among youth with disabilities
Reduce underage drinking among youth with disabilities
Reduce binge drinking among adults with disabilities
